System development and implementation

We can do as much of this for you as you choose. We can develop and project manage it all including implementation and verification or alternatively you may choose to use some of your own resources to assist in the development of the System under our direction reducing the costs by doing so.
System maintenance support

You may already have a System in place but need assistance with maintaining it. This would require visits from us at intervals as agreed on between BAFA and your Company for the maintenance required. During these services we can review and assist with activities and provide guidance as you require. You many have changes such as new products, lines or services, or new or changed locations which require incorporation into your documentation and program. We can assist to assess this impact and incorporate these changes within your management system. If there is an aspect of your System that you believe is not performing effectively and would like to focus on, we can provide services to review and improve this. System updates and transitions

With emerging issues and changing legislative requirements we can assists with any changes or reviews required to your current system in light of these changes. We can review the impact of these on your System, where your gaps are and what would be required to comply with these changes.

Internal auditing

Auditing of your own system against internal and external requirements must be conducted if you are intending to be or continue to be certified to most standards. The audit is an effective tool to evaluate, rectify and enhance your System to progress the performance in line requirements, including compliance, if conducted well. Our staff are trained and experienced auditors who would conduct your internal audit on your behalf. We offer a range of audit types against Standards, a Company’s documented management system, customer contracted requirements, legislation/regulations or full inspections against processes. Our services can include the development of an internal audit program and assessment tool, the conduct of your audit, assistance with solutions in addressing gaps and to improve your performance in line with your business objectives or requirements. As an impartial body conducting this service you are provided with transparency, objectivity and an effective assessment from which your business can use to develop and progress towards System assurance.
Second party auditing

Supply chain monitoring can be challenging and time consuming for any business. Supply into your business introduces risk at varying levels based on the impact of your suppliers product or service on your business. Companies own management systems often the need to monitor their suppliers performance against contracted requirements, and the risk-based approach within the ISO Standards are now requiring these to be identified and monitored to reduce the risk on an orgnaisation’s end product or service. We can assist you through our second party auditing services. We can provide you with a valuable auditing service and a report to provide transparency into your suppliers level of compliance with your contract and assist to identify potential opportunities to benefit your partnership. We can tailor our audit to your contracted requirement with your supplier and/or any additional needs. Alternatively we can develop a set of requirements to audit against based on their risk to your business.
